We accept returns of any item within 100 days of purchase under the trial*. Contact customer service with your receipt and/or Order ID number to return. Please refer to the Trial Page for information.

If you are filing a claim under the specific warranty for your product, contact customer service. You will need a copy of your receipt and/or Order ID number. We may ask you to take photos and send photos of your product in order to process the claim.

Allow for 24-48 business hours for your items to ship. If for some reason some items cannot be shipped or will take longer we will notify you and/or issue a refund.

Surprisingly, it doesn't cost a lot of money to craft a comfortable mattress with high-quality raw materials! Usually, the mattresses you receive are priced higher due to brand spends being passed on, retail commissions, sales commissions and wholesalers’ profits. Our mattresses are cheaper compared to others in the market because we cut out the middlemen to sell good quality mattresses directly to our customers at fair and honest prices. Also, unlike others, all raw materials relating to mattresses are manufactured in house.

The 100 nights trial period is offered only on the mattresses except tri folding mattress. We do not offer any trial period on accessories but we are 1000% sure that you would definitely love our accessories as well. Please click on Trial Policy Page for more understanding.

We offer upto 11 Years warranty on all our products and the same is replaceable on free of cost basis if any manufacturing defect arises within 1 Year. After 1 Year, the same is calculated on pro rata basis. Please click on Warranty Page for more understanding.

Usually, this doesn’t happen. But in case you have received a defective part, please drop an email to us at 278@ashokafoam.com / returns@loomandneedles.com and attach the pictures of the damaged part. We will ship you the replacement for it immediately.

Yes, all our products are totally safe for adults, children and even infants. The foam used in our products is sourced after rigorous research and is tested by an independent third-party foam certifier, to check the cleanliness and safety, ensuring that it is free from known harmful chemicals and gases.

To order a custom-sized mattress for your bed, visit the product page of the mattress you would like to purchase. Click on Custom Tab under Size and put the desired size and click on UPDATE PRICE. The price will come. You can also email us on orders@loomandneedles.com incase of any further queries.

Loom & Needles mattress can support a person weighing up to 250kg on each side. So, for a double bed/two sleeper mattress, the weight capacity will be up to 500kg.

No! We do not recommend folding the mattress once in use.

Our mattresses come with high GSM anti-microbial Class 1 Certified Knitted fabrics.

Yes, you can clean the cover of the mattress. Our Zipper Covers can be unzipped easily and cleaned with a mild detergent. Before putting the cover back on, make sure the cleaned area is 100% dry. For non-removable cover, we recommend that you take a slightly wet cloth, dip it in mild detergent water and then dab the stain.

Our mattress is designed to be soft, medium and plush on top while remaining supportive throughout. To simplify and give a reference, our mattresses are about a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being a feather soft and 10 being a hardwood floor. We never use any synthetic latex in our foam. We lab test samples of our foam to make absolutely sure that it contains only natural latex

Our latex is FSC Rain Forest Alliance, GOLS, OEKO-TEX, LGA, Euro Latex, ISPA.

Our 100% natural latex foam, which is used in our mattresses and mattress toppers, is made through the Dunlop process. We use the dunlop process because we believe Dunlop process foam works better for more people. Some people do have a preference for Talalay process foam, but many do not like the "bouncy" feel of Talalay foam. While Dunlop foam is springy, it is not "bouncy" like talalay foam, and in our experience, works better for more people.

Yes, all charges including taxes and delivery at your doorstep is included.

Yes, we will be able to help you with the replacement, in case you have ordered the wrong sized mattress. If you have measured your bed incorrectly and placed the wrong order, we will retrieve the order, place a new order and then ship a replacement mattress, while charging you just for the logistics cost. Since the process is elaborate, it may cause undue delays in the delivery. So we recommend that you measure your bed with the right tools without assuming the size.
